Today we are looking at Daniel chapter number one, verse number six, where the Bible says, “Now among these were of the children of Judah, Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah.”

As we look through the story of these four young men, we see God do some incredible things. We see God do some miraculous things. What I want us to point out today is that the Bible just says that these were chosen from among these. I mean, these men weren’t special because of a certain talent or a certain skill. The group that they were in, they were all the same, but God just chose from among these.

I hope that that’s an encouragement to you and to me today that God is looking for someone to do something great through, and all He’s looking for is someone among these. That’s you, and that’s me. Hopefully, that can be an encouragement to you today that God can use any of us, as long as we’re willing.
