Good morning. It’s always a privilege to bring to you the help for today. I’d like us to read a little bit in Proverbs chapter 3 this morning. Proverbs chapter 3, verse 9 says, “Honor the Lord with thy substance and with the firstfruits of all thy increase.”
You know, the Bible typically, when we hear that word “substance,” usually refers to that as the physical matter or the tangible possessions. And that word “firstfruits” is referring to the first, obviously, or the best part, the best portions that we offer unto the Lord, that are offered unto the Lord.
This year, the start of the new year, there are plenty of different things that the Lord has already showed me. Different firstfruits and different things, substance that He’s given to me that, you know, it’s important that we give it back to the Lord. So for the next couple of Hope for Todays, I’d like to share a couple of these and just share my heart with you, what the Lord has been doing in my heart.
