Well, I want to welcome you to Friday of the broadcast. All this week, we’ve been speaking about the foundation of our life, that is, our finances. And today, I’m in Malachi 3, verses 8 through 10. You can go back and read it. The Bible speaks about laying up treasure on earth.

“Will a man rob God? Yet they’ve said, ‘Where did we rob thee? We haven’t robbed thee.’ God says back, ‘In tithes and offerings.’ Never, ever steal from God. The cheapest amount of money you ought to give every week is 11 percent in tithes and offerings. A tithe is a tenth part. You ought to give that 10 percent and then an offering of another 1 percent. That’s the starting block for you. You start off every week, giving 11 percent. Now, you ought to grow in grace. You ought to give more and more and more.”

Mrs. Trieber and I, I don’t know how in the world we’ll ever beat last year. I don’t know how we will. We gave—I’m not going to tell you how—but we just gave, gave, gave. And God blessed, blessed, blessed. I don’t know how in the world He’s going to bless this year, but I do know that I’m not going to rob Him in tithes and offerings.

We’re going to give to everything, everything our pastor says. He says, “Here’s a need,” and we’re going to give a tithe. We’re going to give offerings to that need. If it’s the college, if it’s the school, if it’s the bus ministry, if it’s the buckets, if it’s “I Love My Church,” if it’s an anniversary offering, a Thanksgiving offering, a Christmas offering, we’re just going to give.

If it’s Easter Sunday, where we try to have 10,000 in church this year, we’re going to give, give, give. And today, well, don’t rob God. All 52 weeks this year, let’s all tithe and give offerings to God.

Have a great weekend. God bless you.
