We have a college verse, and I want to leave it with you today for help. For today, the college verse is 1st Corinthians 2.2: “For I determined not to know anything among you save Jesus Christ and Him crucified.”
How do you get through a day like today and the day in which we’re living? How do you get through this Friday? Determine only to know everything about the Lord Jesus Christ. Get rooted in Him today. Get planted in Him today.
I love the journey of life and thank God that we have a God who loves us, cares for us, and is concerned with you. Don’t get rooted in money and position and praise and popularity and all that can be bestowed upon you. Make much of Jesus.
We began the week that way, that in all things He might have the preeminence, and we close determined not to know anything but Jesus Christ. You may keep knowing your life, and all those other things will fit in place.
