Dear missionary, this is for you today. Mama, dad, grandma, grandpa, pastor, to each of us.
You know, sometimes as we all in our capacity that God gives us, whatever title He gives us—widow, widower, mother, father, grandma, grandpa, aunt, uncle, missionary, preacher, deacon, Sunday school teacher—whatever it is, sometimes we get a little bit weary in well-doing. Where God’s Word says, “Don’t be weary.”
Well, here’s a verse for us today. We’re in 2 Chronicles 15 and verse number 7: “Be strong, therefore, and let not your hands be weak.” Here it is, here it is. “For your work shall be rewarded.”
Missionary, you do so much for us. You represent us on foreign fields. We’re so very grateful for you. Say sometimes it seems like you’re beating your head up against the wall; imagine your work’s gonna be rewarded—all of you. Whatever hat you’re wearing, your work will be rewarded.
God bless you. Have a great day.
