Coming at you for help for today. Today, we’re talking about campaigns, what they do for you. We’re talking all week about it. Not only does it bring life, bring visitors, bring attendance, give people an area of responsibility, but also allows us to fellowship with like-minded believers.

Fellowship is so important in the church. Spending time with other Christians who are of the same mind, who are of the same direction, who are going the same way, and we get to fellowship together and have a great time. Harvest time, we have so many fellowships around here. We are doing so many awesome things. Why? Because we want to spend time with each other. We want to have a good time of fellowship with one another.

We have the international dinner during our stewardship and missions conference, and that is a wonderful time. We get to try all the different cuisines and all the different foods and the different decorations that are going on, and it’s an awesome time. We also have some different pumpkin pie fellowships. That’s what I’m talking about right there. I’m a lover of some good old PSL, some pumpkin spice latte, and also some pumpkin pie and some whipped cream and all those things, and we have these different pumpkin Sundays, we have apple Sundays, and all these different fellowships that we have around here.

Why? Because we want people to spend time together. It allows people to be around other like-minded believers, and we have fun, and it’s not all serious. Yes, things are serious, and yes, we’re trying to get a job accomplished, but you also have some joy in there. You got to have a little bit of time. And I can tell you this. A fellowship for the church is more important than going to some kind of sports event or going to some other kind of worldly get-together with other people.

Why? Because it is around the church. The church is fulfilling an area of fellowship and providing that area for them, and we love fellowshipping around here. We love talking. I’m a talker myself. I love talking to people, but you know what? We have a good time in fellowship, and campaigns do that. Campaigns do a lot for our church. Make sure that we make use of them. People get excited about it. Hey, it brings in visitors. It brings in people for attendance. It gives us an area of responsibility, and it also allows for fellowship.
