We’ve been talking this week about the Week of Youth Conference on discovering. The theme verse of the week comes from Psalms 34:8, which says, “O taste and see that the Lord is good.” We need to discover God’s provision. When we step out by faith and fulfill God’s perfect plan for our life, God provides for His children.

It would be something if God wanted to provide for His children or God wanted us to have something and was not able to meet that need. But that’s not what our God is and that’s not what our God does. Our God is able to meet our need, whatever it is. If you’re in a time of sorrow and you need some comfort, God is able to provide. Perhaps you need some finances, God is able to provide. Perhaps you need some faith, God is able to step in and be there with you and God is able to provide. There is never a time that God is not able to provide. There’s not a place God cannot go and provide. There is not an amount big enough where God says, “Oh, that’s too much for me.” God’s provision encompasses it all, and God is able to provide for His children.

When we step out by faith and please God by doing so and fulfill God’s perfect will for our life, God provides. There’s never been a time where God is not able to meet that need. When we’re discovering these moments in our life, God is able to provide.
