We get to Luke chapter 2, verse 3, and all went to be taxed, everyone to his own city. Everyone had to participate.
And in life, be a participant today. Get involved with life. Bring joy to people today.
You say, “but I’m in a difficult situation.” Mary, on an animal, ready to be delivered, and she was gonna give birth, and she’s got to, she has to go get taxed and registered. Ah, what a mistake. Not with God, it was a mistake. You’re not a mistake with God. Your situation is not a mistake with God. Your sorrow is not a mistake with God.
God made sure that Mary would be there because all people had to be taxed. I don’t know what God’s doing in your life, but I can guarantee it this, that he’s not making a mistake with you today.
