Well, I trust you’re having a wonderful Thanksgiving time and a wonderful blessed time with your family and friends. Guess what, folks? Thanksgiving is not over yet. No, it’s not yet. No, ma’am. No, sir. Thanksgiving is not a one-time event in a year. Thanksgiving ought to be an ongoing event all day long, every day, all year long.
The Bible says, “1 Thessalonians chapter 5, verse number 17, ‘In everything, in everything, good, bad, positive, negative, burdens, blessing, in everything,’ the Bible says, ‘give things for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.'” You know, giving thanks or we call it Thanksgiving is to be an ongoing and continual practice.
What is gratitude? Gratitude is not just an occasional act of God’s people, but it’s also, it should be our way of life that Christians ought to be big on Gratitude because you know what we all have something to thank God for. Well, somebody shout Amen right there.
We’re blessed people and Psalm 92 verse number 1, the Bible said, “It is a good thing. It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord and to sing praises unto thy name Almost high. We’re blessed people, we are hey some call it success. You know what I call it God’s goodness some call it luck I call it God’s blessings some call it good fortune, but I call it God’s Amazing grace some call it chance, but I call it God’s compassion on us. All of us have more than we deserve all we have is a gift from the Almighty God every good thing and every perfect thing all the wonderful thing of life coming from God above, counting God’s blessings, many blessings, bountiful blessings will help us realize how good we really have it in life.
I don’t know about you, you’re looking at a man, the most blessed man in the whole world. I’m sure you could say the same thing, but let’s live every day thanking God for who he is, for all he’s done. Happy Thanksgiving!
