Help for today. Now, the Bible says I can help children, you know? Those little kids want to see Jesus. Can you imagine the excitement? And the disciples said, “No, no. Get rid of these kids.” Jesus stopped and said, “Suffer the little ones to come unto me, for as such is the kingdom of heaven, and forbid them not.” If anyone offends a little one, it’s better than a millstone were hung around their neck and they were drowned in the depths of the sea.
I think of what’s happening in our world right now towards children. Even our governmental leaders, what they’re doing to mutilate and hurt children. Now, wait a minute. Let’s give ourselves to children today. Pray for them, love them, encourage them. Tell them you’re proud of them. What a joy it is to have children around us. Find a child. And you know, I understand that you have to be careful nowadays. I’m not talking about in a private room with this child. I’m talking where mom and dad are present. And you say something encouraging. You say something encouraging to your own children. Thank God for children. Let’s help a child today.
