Today we find ourselves in 1 Chronicles chapter 29, and David said, “The palace is not for man, it’s a great work, it’s for God.” And then he said to his son, “Now I have prepared with all my might for the house of my God, the gold to be made of gold, and the silver for the things of silver, and the brass for the things of brass, and wood and stone and all that onyx.” Then he said, “I have set mine affection on the house of my God, and I have my own proper good, the gold, the silver, I’ve given to the house of God.” May I ask us today, let’s invest in eternity today.

Find an opportunity and say, “There’s something I could do. I can invest in the Christian school, in the Bible college, in the bus ministry, worldwide missions, our building expansion, whatever you’re doing at your church. I can invest in tithes and offerings. I can invest in radio. I can do something. My church, my church has something for me to do financially, and I want to invest with all my might to the things of God while we have opportunity, because soon this life will be over, and our investing days will be over.”

That’s our help for today.
