We have worked our way through Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, one verse each day, five. So the entire book is taken care of in a week, and I just give you 45 to 50 seconds, sometimes a minute, about that verse.
We’re in the book of Numbers, and it’s a great book as God numbers people. But the truth of where I want to leave with you today is Numbers chapter 2. Right here, smack dab in the midst, that means in the center, and God later declares that it was the center, was the tabernacle. And that tabernacle, as it moved, the children of Israel moved.
There were, in this chapter, three tribes to the north, three tribes to the south, three to my west, and three to the east. They lived around the tabernacle. And may I just challenge you this year, get your family, get yourself to the house. House of God, it’s God’s institution, Jesus gave his life for the church, stay close to it.
