Today, I’m going to share with you what I believe is my favorite verse in 2nd Chronicles. I love this verse. I can’t say I look at it every day, but I can’t say I believe I look at it many times a week. It’s 2nd Chronicles, and I think if I read it, to be self-explanatory. Verse chapter 16, verse 9. Listen to this. Claim this today: “For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly; therefore from henceforth thou shalt have war.” God said, “I’m just looking somewhere. I can stop and bless.”

A lot of times I will pray, say, “Lord, as your eyes are going over this earth, Santa Clara, California, would you stop right here, please? Will you look right here and may my heart be so right, God, you’ll bless me so that my people can have the blessing of God. May I not be the one that holds it back for God’s people?” God’s eyes are watching, and all he’s looking for is my heart right with him.

Who knows what’s gonna happen for good today? Let’s claim 2nd Chronicles 16:9. God bless you, have a great day, and have a great weekend.
