This week, I want to bring to your attention the various Bible terms I’d like us to carry for the day. Today is the word “grace” – marvelous grace of our loving Lord, grace that exceeds my sin, my guilt. How about the wonderful grace of Jesus? Grace is found a hundred and fifty-nine times in the Bible. We begin with Noah, who found grace in the eyes of the Lord. But in John 1:17, the Bible says that grace came through Jesus Christ. It’s unmerited favor, and today, I could spend my life in the sorrows and difficulties (and you could too), but I want to spend my life today magnifying the grace of God – wonderful grace of Jesus. God’s been so good to us. Tell him how great he is today. Thank him for his grace.
Go back to your day of salvation because grace came through Jesus Christ. Grace – God’s riches at Christ’s expense. What an acrostic there. God, “G,” riches, “A,” at, “C,” Christ’s expense. All what he did for you and what he did for me. Let’s live in his grace today. Let’s let others know about the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. Have a great day.
