So happy to be coming to you today for help today. We’re in the book of Judges, in the very first chapter of Judges. And today we’re going to be looking at verse number two. And the Bible says, “and the Lord said, ‘Judah shall go up.'” Yesterday, the tribe of Israel asked, “Who’s going to fight for us? Who’s going to go up first?” And then God says, “Judah shall go up.” You know God is calling people? God is calling people to the work of the ministry, to a specific area of service. Every single one of us has been called to do something in the work of the Lord.

Have you found your area of service? Have you noticed what God, maybe you’re bent to a specific thing, maybe you like electronics, maybe you like cars. You know, you could use that in an area of ministry for the church. Perhaps you love kids, perhaps you love teaching. You know, you can use that in the work of the Lord, in the work of the ministry, to do an area of service that God has called each of us to do. You know what? God is always calling us to listen. There’s no doubt in my mind that God is calling people today to fulfill an area of responsibility in His work. But are we listening?

God is always calling, but it’s our job to take up the mantle and to do that area of service.
