Good morning! I want to ask you a question today as we have help for today. I want to ask you, what is your purpose? What is your focus?
As we study the life of the Apostle Paul, his life is such a fascinating story. In Acts 7, we see him pop onto the scene of Scripture, and he’s there as Stephen, the deacon, was stoned. In Acts chapter number 8, he becomes more aggressive and he’s determined to stamp out Christians. In Acts chapter 9, he’s hailing and breathing out threatenings and slaughter and trying to shut down the church. He was driven, but that’s when he met the Lord Jesus Christ on the Damascus Road. Then he becomes so driven and so determined, so focused on living his life for Christ.
This week, I want to digest and study this topic of Philippians 3:14. This is Paul, and he says, “I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.” He was focused, living for the Lord Jesus Christ.
What’s your focus today? Have a wonderful day.
