Hello, friends, and welcome to Help For Today. We’re in Ezra this week, chapter 3, verse 11, and they sang together. Ah, I like that. You know, we’re going to find that this is a singing choir and a singing people.
They sang together, of course, in praising, giving thanks unto the Lord because He’s good and His mercy endures forever. Why don’t we just go ahead and sing today? Get a song. I have a song that Jesus gave. Get a song today.
Think about, you want to sing about grace? Well, sing “Amazing Grace” or “Grace That Is Greater Than All.” You want to sing about blood? “There is a fountain filled with blood drawn.” You want to sing about heaven? “I’ve heard of a land on the faraway strand.” You want to sing about salvation? You want to sing about a particular subject? You want to sing about Calvary? “Years I spent in vanity and pride. At Calvary.” Listen today. There’s so much to sing about.
But then sing great hymns. “How Great Thou Art.” “All Hail the Power of Jesus’ Name.” Let’s have a good day. Let’s be a singing people.
