This week is the beginning of our 41st annual National Youth Conference. And we’re so excited about all of the delegates and teenagers who travel from across the country to be here with us this week because we need a new generation of young people to step out by faith and discover what God has in store for their life. “Hebrews 11:6 tells us, ‘but without faith it is impossible to please him. For he that cometh to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.’
God is a rewarder of faith. Everything worth doing for God comes by faith. The great explorers who left the known world and traveled to unknown reaches are our globe did so by faith. Spiritually speaking, we have had Christians come before us who did amazing feats by God only first paved by the avenue of faith. Faith is something that we have to. As we step out by faith to please God.
There is so much in store and so much that God has for us if we step out by faith. Can I encourage us this week as we discover what God has in store for us at this youth conference that we take the avenue of faith to discover what God has in store for us.”

Luke Flood, Bus Director
Luke Flood serves on staff as the bus director and is responsible for seeing hundreds of people in church on a weekly basis. He is a true product of North Valley Baptist Church. Having grown up in a wonderful Christian family, he attended North Valley Baptist Schools from kindergarten through twelfth grade. After graduation, he attended Golden State Baptist College where he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
