Help for today, my goal today is the same all week. I want to talk about the subject of how to help people. I believe we’re in the helping business, and I want you to consider helping someone every day this week. You know, help begins with my relationship with God. He wants to help me. Just think of that – God, who is almighty, who made this great universe, who pumps my heart. God wants to help me. It’s like, “Son, Jack, I love you. I will lift up mine eyes.” Psalm 121. “Unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord.”
Whatever you’re facing today, the help you need, yes, we’ll look at man helping man tomorrow this week. And I want to help people. But the greatest source of help you have and I have is the Lord Jesus Christ. You know, God loves you, God loves me. And as a grandparent, I want to help my grandkids and my kids. Anything I could do, I want to help them. But I’m human, and I fail. He’s God, and He says, “Son, I want to help you.”
