This week, I’m bringing to you everyday Bible words and terms that are so important for us to live by. Grace on Monday and mercy yesterday. How about, “I’m justified, I’m happy in Jesus today? The sins I’ve committed (and you’ve got to think of this voice with a philharmonic orchestra behind it) the sins I’ve committed, they’re all in the past. They’ll never (I was off key there), they’ll never condemn me for He holds me fast. I’m justified.”

What does that mean? No, not just “as if I never sinned.” That’s not it. I’m a sinner, but I’m saved by grace. Justification is to be declared righteous. He declared me righteous so many years ago, in the early 1950s when He saw my need. And I, I was aware of my need for salvation, and I came to Him. Yeah, him that cometh to Christ, he’ll know why he’s cast out. I came to Him, and He came to me when I could not come. And I found, I found grace and I found mercy and justification, declared righteous.

Let’s do our best to help others find that wonderful joy of mercy and grace and justification today. God bless you. Have a wonderful day.
