Well, we’re in this Thanksgiving month of November, and I want to personally try to do my best every day. Of course, we’re already into the month a few days, but I want to do my best every single day to give thanks to God.
And for Thanksgiving, in another couple weeks, I’ll make my Thanksgiving list, and I just want to have column after column of what God has done in this calendar year.
This week and this month, I want to bring to you this word, “thanks,” every day. Today, 1 Corinthians 15:57. “Thanks be unto God that giveth us the victory.” I’m so glad there is victory in Jesus. I’m thankful that the victory that I can have is because of Jesus Christ. Today, let’s be thankful for victory. Let’s not be griping and complaining. This is November. This is Thanksgiving, giving thanks. Thank God for who he is.
Perhaps today you could just say, “Lord, you’re an almighty God. Thank you for Calvary. Thank you for the Holy Spirit. Thank you for the Holy Bible. Thank you for the New Testament Local Church. Thank you for,” and just thank God for everything he’s done. Thank you for eternal security. “Thanks be unto God.”
Our life begins in thanking God for what he’s done. Have a great day.
