Each day this week, I want to bring you one Bible word that we can carry with us through the day. The word today is “wisdom.” If any of you lack wisdom, let them ask God. Proverbs chapter 4 verse 5 says, “Get wisdom.” Verse 7, “Wisdom’s the principal thing.” What is wisdom? It’s discernment. It’s skill. It comes from that word Sophia, the Greek word. And what a wonderful word it is. But God wants to give you skill and give me skill.

God wants to give me discernment today. And so, if I have discernment, I might seal my mouth sometimes. I might open my ears. I might be more watchful with my eyes and careful with my eyes as well. I want to challenge you to get wisdom. It’s the principal thing. God said it’s priority. Well, how do I get it? As we began, ask God and he’ll give you wisdom today. Have a wonderful day.
