When’s the last time you gave the gospel to somebody? When’s the last time that you had a burden for a sinner? When’s the last time you had a gospel track and handed it to a person that passed by you on the street?
There’s something that you and I can do that I believe Jesus Christ would do if he were here bodily today. We’re not gonna walk on water like Jesus did. We’re not going to raise the dead like Jesus did. We’re not gonna cast out devils like Jesus did. We’re not gonna speak to the wind and watch it lie down and iron the wrinkles from the sea as Jesus did. It’s just not going to happen, but we can be soul winners like Jesus was.
You studied the Gospels. Everywhere Christ went, he was helping someone. He was preaching the message of hope. He was seeing them forgiven of their sins and their eternity changed. And you and I can do the same thing.
You know, the Bible says to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature, and that’s not just for the preacher, the missionary, the evangelist. That’s for every single Christian. If you’re born again, you and I ought to be involved in the ministry of telling other people how to be born again.
We started a program in our church not long ago, maybe two years ago, entitled “Jesus Every Day”, and the challenge is to pass out one gospel track every day. Share Christ every single day. Don’t let the sun rise and set with you not having given the gospel to somebody. You say, “Well, that doesn’t sound like a lot, one gospel track a day.” Well, one is a lot if you’re sitting at zero.
And you think about it. You get 500 people, a thousand people, or even 100 people to pass out one track a day. That’s a lot of gospel tracks. That’s a lot of good seed that is getting sown.
I want to challenge you in this area of soul winning. I want you to get a burden. I want you to see people the way Christ saw people, not the outside, not necessarily what you can see with the physical eye, but see their soul. See that person one heartbeat from eternity. Life just comes down to a choice, a choice of eternity, heaven or hell. But how will they know if you and I don’t preach the gospel?
“Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God,” but how are they gonna preach if they’re not sent forth? We’ve got to go forth and share the gospel.

Today, why don’t you pray that God would put somebody on your heart, somebody in your pathway that you might share the gospel with. Go into all the world and preach the gospel.
